Clive Dean had his third and final Choi procedure with our surgeon, Dr. Tsounis, toward the end of a long association with my company (NHI Hair Clinics) as a ‘patient counsellor’.

Clive had already had two previous Choi procedures with NHI’s former surgeon, whom he now represents.

However, before leaving NHI, Clive left us with somewhat of a legacy. A written testimonial as a tribute to his final procedure with Dr. Tsounis. A tribute which can only be described as ‘Poetic’ in its content.

Added to this, Clive Dean left behind another tribute to NHI’s services, on film. His almost euphoric accounts of his final Choi procedure with our surgeon, Dr. Tsounis.

“No swelling”, “No pain”, “No nerves” and “Less time” he gasped in almost disbelief? As if questioning why he hadn’t experienced any of the inconvenience he’d endured with both of his previous procedures? Then it’s little wonder that Clive didn’t suffer nerves this time.

He knew from seeing evidence of so many of our patients that he wouldn’t have to face the (almost mandatory) swelling he’d endure pre- Dr. Tsounis and his team. Nor would he face a 6 hour plus ‘epic’ due to a combination of slow operating and coffee breaks for a procedure which takes our team about 4 hours.

So there we have it. Clive no longer has the services of NHI or Dr. Tsounis to offer.

Which leaves him in the unenviable position of having to persuade people to use the services of another clinic that he knows – FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE – can only be 2nd best.
